Booking is quick, easy and done entirely online
Whether you need regular wrap-around care or just the odd session here and there, booking a place at Cool Kids Club takes just a few minutes through our simple online system.
How it Works
Step 1 — Register Online
Start by creating an account on our booking system. You’ll need to provide up-to-date details for each child, including any medical or dietary information, and an emergency contact.
Step 2 — Choose Your Sessions
Pick the sessions you need — Breakfast Club, After School Club or Holiday Club. You can book regular contracted sessions that renew automatically each month, or go for flexible ad-hoc bookings that suit your schedule week by week.
Step 3 — You’re All Set
Once registered and booked, your child is good to go. We’ll take care of the rest — from school pick-ups and drop-offs to snacks, meals and a packed programme of activities.

We know that work, school and family life don’t always go to plan. That’s why we stay flexible — if you need to add an extra session, swap a day or make a last-minute change, just get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
